How do i redeem codes for the game?

I found some marvel contest of champions promo codes that im hoping are real, all thats left is to redeem them, how do i redeem them though?

The only codes I'm aware of are for the marvel insider. Some of those are given out as 1 time things at comic con that probably aren't good anymore. There's other codes for like watching a youtube video or other tasks. That may be what you found and you can go to marvel.com and try to redeem there. Not really sure since you didn't specify what the codes are good for or where you found them.
