    Doc-Ock is a beast, though Green Goblin is a close second. I have a 4* 3/30 Doc-Ock that I'm just waiting on tech advancement to take to 4/40, and unduped he's still a beast. I really don't care for Vulture much.

    Vulture is the best have him as a 3*, I wish I had him as a 4/5* (speaking from a point of how cool he looks and some of his abilities like draining power or making next attack miss and incinerate upon evading an attack).

    Opinions vary but Oc seems to be better unduped. He has a decent power lock and damage. His power drain once awakened can be problematic.

    Infinite heal block or power lock if you play him right.
