So the night carnage boss has the node where he regens when a shock is on him but he also has heal reversal for both champs. Wouldn't that make doom or someone with shocks the perfect counter as he will constantly degen or does this not work?

    yes, anyone with easy acces to shock will melt him, havok works too, i recommend willpower
