    Well his damage is behind a sp3 but his utility for shock lanes is his resistance to shock. Example I used him on 7.3.2 cage rattling lane and he made it very easy. Didn’t have to worry about either phase the defender was in.



    And also used him for the shock time stream lane going to kang. So maybe niche uses but has been helpful so far. Can’t argue with more damage @ r3.
