Incursion ISSUES...

Is anyone else having issues starting up incursions? Ive lost most of my top champs without ever playing one zone. After picking my team, I press the find partner button, and after waiting some 5 to 10 minutes, it never goes to incursion, so I press cancel or whatever and now the champs I had picked are now in cool down. This is very annoying. Am I the only one experiencing these problems?

I ran Incursions yesterday with a friend, no issues.
