He does not gain true accuracy buff, stop misrepresenting. He just cannot be evaded. The two things have a lot of difference. And as the person above me said the concussion duh.

"Misrepresenting?" Not sure who you're talking to, but one was a suggesting an option and one was asking a question. Neither of those seem to be misrepresenting. Don't be a turd blossom

Yes he doesn't get a true accuracy buff but no one said that? Knull passively gets a True Accuracy effect tho on those attacks.
I think that key word in this case is "gain" which makes it sound like he gains it every time le launches one of these attacks. In this case, Quake already has Concussion on him when he launches these attacks so she probably prevents him from gaining passive True Accuracy.
Night Trasher has similar mechanic in his Skateboard attacks on mediums but in his case it is worded in his description that his Skateboard attacks "have" True Accuracy which probably means that these attacks have this effect from start of the fight.

Night Thrasher is getting evaded as well
Concussion causes AAR. True accuracy doesn't work
So why does her evade not work against Stryfe?
Stryfe's info says "these attacks (his Mediums, Heavy and some SP2 hits) cannot be Evaded."
I guess this works differently from gaining True Accuracy?

This is a vid from 8 months ago. Night thrasher can be countered by quake.
Now if someone can find a debuff immune or AAR immune NT this can be confirmed
