Is Thor rags good for war defense post buff?

I just got him 6* and am trying to improve my defense roster.

    He's the same as he was before

    He has 2 defensive abilities
    1) if you hit him 20 times he activates a passive power gain that give him max power
    2)If you try to intercept him there's a chance he triggers auto block and parry you
    So I think he is good placement for nodes that interact with intercept or nodes that prevent you from gaining so much power (when he is in his power gain mode if you knock him down with a special attack power gain stops)
