AQ Rewards All over the place

I have some in my alliance that have gotten the full rewards promised by last weeks probkem AQ, however myself and the other half of my alliance failed to receive the crystal rewards, missed glory, and fragments.
This is ontop if being told point blank our previous Alliance wars from almost a month now were messed up, wed be sent the difference then when it came time to delieve said rewards youve changed your story and now stating we dont get them after telling us we would. What the hell is really going on. Yes i have the emails but you guys have changed your stories now twice.
