Nebula buff

Am I just blind or did they really remove the synergy with Proxima to gain 10 charges at start. I know they reworked her to build charges faster and bit easier but why to remove that good synergy?

The synergy is on proxima not nebula

Jk! The synergy with Proxima is a must for me atm. Hopefully after the buff it won’t be necessary as much.
