I can't imagine this has gone unmentioned, but how is it that a crystal can 'feature' a champion which is never even shown in the spin carousel when opened? I've seen this a lot lately and find it a deterrent to special crystal offerings in general.

The "spin carousel" means nothing, the second you drag that crystal to spin...your champ has been decided. Kabam has confirmed this. The carousel is just visual nonsense.
