Guillotine 2099 not healing in AQ

Today in AQ map 5 while fighting Colossus I was at 20% health so I let him chip me down to 14% so she would heal. She did not. Started the next fight against Namor and still no heal. Has anyone else noticed this?

    Also did she have at least 1 persistant charge?
