Penny parker heal block fail

Penny Parker's awakened description says it activates whenever the opponent heals more than 5% health at once. However this does not occur. I've tried it against buffet 10% heal nodes and arc overload just to be sure and no heal block occurs in either case.

Her auto block also fails against true strike even then it's supposed to be immune.
