Looking for Map 5/6 Players with G1 War skills. Need Line.

We have a solid core of players and need to add to that. Looking for active North American Players or players who are active more than 16 hours a day. ( just check in and move, not disappear for 12 plus hours. If you don’t have the time, we are not the alliance for you.)
We have hit 300 to 350 Million for AQ plus but have been falling short of our G1/P4 expectations. If you can play G1 and defend at or close to a G1 level, we want you. If you cannot, please don’t join.
We have run 66666 and 55555 x 2 with Mods. We need two Map 6 players to continue Map 666666. Other Bgs are 55555 x 2 with Mods. We need Map 5 players.
War has been challenging as we have run two bgs to keep it flexible but rotating members in as been unsuccessful. Too many players who do not understand the concept of communication and it doesn’t take that many to “screw the pooch”. We have the players to run G1/P4 with two Bgs but need players that are capable of being rotated in without a major drop off or do not want to run War. If that is you, please join.
We are an active, communicative, knowledgeable, skilled and like to have fun. It’s a game, lets have fun and if life has it bumps, we adjust game to fit it and adapt. But I want members who understand an alliance is a team effort, requires communication for success and have the willingness to participate by being active and communicating. If we run into a few bumps, that’s life but not self inflicted indifference or laziness.
