This is not the dex/parry bug that has been going on because this has been a thing for months. It happens when you block the first and/or second hit of a special and then try to dex the next hit. The two examples that some to mind are Spider-Man and Hulk Buster. When you block the projectiles and then try to dex the physical hits you either just keep holding block or you get hit. And with Hulk Buster if you block the first projectile hit and try to dex the two after, you just let go of block. This may be an intended game mechanic and if so then that just kinda sucks but I think that it is a bug. If it is a bug then I hope it gets fixed 👍
