New AW buffs not visible during placement phase

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone else can't see the newest buffs on AW nodes during placement phase?
When the new AW round began this week I saw only the old ones. Then attack phase started and there was a whole bunch of new (de)buffs on the nodes. It was a little unfair because the enemy alliance clearly must have seen these nodes, given their defense.
And now again. It's placement time and my alli can see only the old ones.

    Did you drop to a lower tier/difficulty?

    That wouldn't explain why we saw the news buffs only after attack phase had started and not during placement...
    Luckily, it didn't happen this time but it still bothers me.

    It Can explain. If you oppen wash let say in tier8. And. Let say you in tier7. Then you wuld se yours tiers node But not tier8 node just stupid u Can figth aginigs. Higer tier map
