Nebula's block proficiency

I had thought her block proficiency would get a buff but it is extremely low at 61% when most champions are around 65%, apparently she got an increase to her armour but in my testing before and after the buff, she takes practically the same amount of block damage, what kind of armour increase did she get? it doesn't seem to have had any effect. Though I like the buff, I find this very disappointing, the only reason I think people aren't noticing this is that she has a great synergy with Guardian (who gives the whole team a massive BP increase) and all the gameplay is her against ROL. I think that people should be aware of this before rushing to rank her up. also im just wanting to know how her armour was changed because it seems very insignificant and Kabam should have increase block proficiency to at least 64% imo. thoughts?

    Good points but Guardian is one of the top champs imo so there's no problem having him on the team.

    Here, this is a quest in 7.2 which has shock vulnerability. Nebula is so good for it now, she can probably solo the entire path. It's a video of the fight.

    thanks for the info, appreciated. For me I think I will go for sp3 to gain charges then, because I don't use Guardian in high level questing, and with Dex and Parry bugs, I don't feel safe gaining charges whilst avoiding blocked hits

    I don't like her style, holding block for charges it's boring and time consuming. Not even mention about her low block proficiency.

    Not a great buff IMO.

    Now you don't need to do that
