mole man not gaining any mass on parry

I'm having an issue with mole God not gaining mass on parry. only gains with special so this is a major setback. is any one else having this issue. I'm an android user and play on a galaxy 6

How do you mean gaining on parry? When attacking?
Re-read his abilities. You need to land heavy attacks to gain mass.

He'll gain mass from 3 sources...
1) landing heavy attacks (gain 4 mass)
2) firing sp1 (gain 2 mass)
3) purifying debuffs (1 mass per debuff purified)
