Didn't get my 6 Star Platinumpool

I solved the riddle and got the Booty of Platinumpool. I had all six pieces and got the Shady Dimension Crystal. I used the crystal but never got 6 star Platinumpool. And now I don't have any of the six pieces.
It's always something isn't it.

    OK, you get a crystal that you then need to open.
