**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

I am a bit confused and hope some one can clear this up.

My alliance usually stays in the Expert bracket, but coincidentally our performance was poor the week of the ranking fiasco. This week we got in the mail the rewards for if we stayed in Expert that week but no milestones. I am unsure of our score that week, it was probably around 40 to 50 Mil, so I don't know if we should have ranked down despite the problems.

Why didn't we get the milestones? Are they still being sent out, or does that mean we would have ranked down to Advanced anyways? And if that is the case, why did we get the Expert rank rewards?

Plus I am a bit confused on why deactivating rank ups would have helped resolve the issue. We have been in Advanced for 2 weeks in a row and we should have been in Expert last week, but we stayed in Advanced. If we should have been in Expert both weeks, why are we only getting one week's worth of compensation?

Maybe I just didn't understand the post explaining the compensations. Could someone explain to me what is up so I can get over it?
