trying to figure out who i should prioritize for rank-up from these dudes. everyone except HT is still at r1, so lots of options to choose from.
some context:
- I have a strong 5* mystic team (Doom & BWCV at r5, other good ones at r4), otherwise the clear answer would be DM
- i don't have Apoc above a 3-star, so not inclined to choose Cable
- i have strong mutant 5* roster (Prof X / Red Mags @ r5, lots of others @ r4) so leaning toward a mutant
thoughts?
