Lost account??

My phone got stolen and it was on an Android system . I had an iPhone 7 But I didn't create a kabam I'D yet so I couldn't sign in that way . I contacted kabam( bad mistake ) told them what I'm telling you now and they said I had to come up with all these items and be within a day on some of it. I have 4 accounts this was my 2nd highest one . Any help would be appreciated, thx zzzrrr
