I searched for buff threads nd they are all old so I made this new one just a couple of rules
1 be respectful to others ideas

    I'll start with Agent Venom
    Class skill
    Base Abilities Genetic Klyntar buffs Explosives, critical bleed, Evade Ensnare
    Changed 2nd medium to right hand going from upper right corner to bottom left

    Passive when fighting non mutants Flash's mental training combined with the Symbiote gives him immunity to AAR and incinerate Physical training gives 75% tenacity and when hitting into a block with a second medium Evade the next 5 hits

    Klyntar buffs Flash's Genetic memory builds over time when it reaches 100 it generates a one of these buffs they last indefinitely max stack for each buff 4 Fury, Precision Cruelty, Offensive combat power rate

    Explosives are Passive Debuffs that lasts indefinitely that are places by ending a combo with a 2nd medium even through block hence the evade max 10 dash back and hold block to set off explosives that do 20% off Flash's base attack each explosive causes effects that are passive
    1 explosive when detonated do a burst off physical damage equal to 10% off the damage the opponent has received in the last 20 hits
    2 explosives inflict a 10 second passive stun
    3 INFICT a 10 second trauma
    4 inflict a 10 second weakness reducing the opponent's attack [not base attack] by 50%
    5 inflict a 10 second concussion reducing ability accuracy by 100%
    6 inflict a 10 second enverate
    7 inflict a 10 second incinerate dealing 100% of the defenders attack [again not base attack]
    8 inflict a 10 second critical vunerability
    9 inflict a 10 second heal block debuff
    10 inflict a wither debuff reversing all power gain

    basic attacks have a 10% chance per debuff to refresh any non damaging debuffs that are not stun

    Heavies slow the opponent for 5 seconds

    Sp1 First Hit Inflicts Physical vulnerability decreasing Physical resistance the guns each hit inflicts critical bleed lasting 2 seconds adding +1 second for each debuff on the opponent

    Sp2 First hit is unblockable grenade hit increases explosive potency by 20% for each debuff on the opponent this sets off all explosives

    sp3 inflicts 10 critical bleeds and a 10 second ensnare

    sig ability Symbiote enhanced explosives
    max explosive limit +1 for each 20 sigs this will double debuffs for example explosive #11 doubles explosive #1] #12 doubles #2 etc.

    Base Abilities Critical Bleed Agility Brilliance Regeneration Savagery combat Freestyle Beast Mode

    Pre fights Serums

    Nero Serum. Enverate for the 1st 30 seconds of the fight

    Tranquillizer serum. Petrify reduce regen and power gain by 200% for the first 30 seconds of the fight

    Weakness Serum. reduce 100% of the opponents Physical and critical resistance

    Passive 85% Bleed resistance Coldsnap and Forstbite immunity and regen rate cannot be reduced

    When beast cannot land critical hits unless in beast mode or combat freestyle mode

    Study Beast Studies the opponent to reduce class disadvantage to 80% and give specials a 20% reduction in attack and aa if the opponent auto blocks he gain a indefinite undermine

    Agility is gained by preforming well timed dodges +1 agility while preforming a well timed dodge while the oppenent is cornered +3 if no one is cornered +5 if beast is cornered

    Brilliance is gained by doing well timed blocks +1 Brilliance while the opponent is cornered +3 Brilliance while no one is cornered +5 while beast is cornered

    Savagery is gained By intercepting +1 while opponent is cornered +3 while no one is cornered +5 while beast is cornered

    When Agility Brilliance or Savagery Reaches 100 it lasts for 20 seconds before returning to 80

    heavies while Agility Brilliance and/or Savagery is not at 100
    Consume 10 Agility to refresh the Nero serum
    Consume 10 Brilliance to refresh the Tranquilizer serum
    Consume 10 Savagery to refresh the Weakness Serum
    When Agility Brilliance and/or Savagery is at 100 and Heavy sp1 or 2 is launched
    Consume all Agility to gain a 20 second Precision increasing crit chance to 80%
    Consume All Brilliance to Gain a 20 second Vigilance buff
    Consume all Savagery to gain a fury buff increasing attack by 150%

    Sp3 If Agility is at 100 gain the same precision
    Brilliance at 100 gain the vigilance
    Savagery gain the fury
    But if beast has all at 100 he gains these passive 30 second effects
    Agility precision turns into a Guaranteed crit buff with a cruelty increasing crit damage by 100%
    Brilliance Gain the vigilance and A combo meter
    Savagery Gain a 250% Fury a A regen healing 85% of damage taken from all D.O.T. In the fight

    After the sp3 ends his opponent will be stunned for 5 seconds beast goes into Combat freestyle mode for 2 Minutes is beast fails to input 35 of his combo moves or loses his combo meter he will exit CFM and you'll have to re ramp him up

    Chain combo moves are randomize using these options medium light heavy sp1 sp2 well timed block well timed dodge you'll have to wait .5 seconds before the next command once 35 of these moves are preformed he enters beast mode making his buffs permanent if beast fails to finish the fight in beast mode he'll pick up right where he left
    off

    SIG ability Danger Room Training

    Beast extends his Combat Freestyle Mode by 3 seconds for each 10 SIGS obtained

    Base Abilities Goblin Formula Regen Poison Incinerate Acid. Wither Power burn Auto block Madness

    Changed 2nd medium to something similar to diablo's 2nd medium and his block to be Simular to roblins block except now green

    Passive Goblin Formula grants immunity to poison Heal Block petrify spectre and reversed controls whenever an immunity protects him he regens 15% of base health and all poisons energy vulnerabilities and regens are passive and last 7 seconds

    Goblin Formula Grants 200% Energy resistance and spiderverse champs suffer 73% defensive ability accuracy

    Oscorp tech Cutting edge oscorp pumpkin bombs Inflict poison on a non incinerated opponent if the opponent is incinerated converter it into a passive acid debuff (not to be confused with ibombs acid burn) Goblins acid gives the following effects
    Acids deal the same amount of damage as the poison and incinerate would and gain the perfect block chance removal and heal block the opponent They last 7 seconds each and expire one at a time When one expires it places an indefinite power sting dealing 17% of the opponents attack when they activate a special max stack 7

    Opponent's attack. Auto block chance ' energy resistance. AA and block proficiency. is reduced by 3% for each acid

    Oscorps tech gives goblin a safety net after activating a special attack giving him a 7 second auto block buff giving him a 370% chance to auto block a attack

    At the fight progresses so does Norman's madness every 10 hits in the combo meter activating one of his passive indefinite Debuffs he can select the one he wants by ending a combo with a light attack
    Oppresion [reduce Auto block unstoppable and unblockable accuracy by 17%

    Dash back and hold block for 1 second to consume all of the selected madness Debuffs to regen 7% of health for each debuff consumed but will only consume the necessary debuffs to reach 100% health for example if goblin is at 30% health and he has 13 slows selected on the opponent he will only consume 10 to reach 100% and leave 3 but if he is at 30% health and only has 2 slows selected on the opponent he'll consume all slows and regen only 14%

    Attacks Inflict energy vulnerability

    Heavies first hit refreshes acid and second applies incinerate

    Sp1 First hit inflicts Energy vulnerability and each lazer hit burns 33% of the opponent's current power each burn does of the damage of 33% of goblins heavy the bomb hit has a 73% chance to trigger a superbomb

    Sp2 first hit refreshes acid second applies a 7 second incinerate that is paused for the rest of the sp2 and the last hit this has a 37% chance to trigger a superbomb

    Sp3 does 3% burst poison damage for each acid and triggers all the opponents power stings this has a 13% chance to trigger superbomb


    superbombs are not effected by AA they trigger the following effects

    1 Combines a 1 active poison and 1 active incinerate into an acid
    2 refreshes acid
    3 places a wither reducing power by 3%
    4 places another poison an incinerate
    5 increases the chance for a superbomb to activate by 17%

    SIG ABILITY The Ω Bomb)

    Green Goblin's madness scales so high that he prepares to unleash his most powerful bomb/weapon an omegabomb
    Has a .5% to 100% chance per superbomb activated to trigger an omegabomb with a superbomb omega bombs have these following effects

    1 Combines all even numbered poison and incinerates into acids for example if the opponent has 3 incinerates and 4 poisons he will convert them into 3 acids and there will be 1 poison left

    2 doubles acid

    3 places a wither reducing power gain by 197%[ combined with the superbomb wither its a flat 200% ]

    4 increases acid potency

    5 does 50% of green goblins attack as burst damage for each acid

    6 increases superbomb chance by 33%
