Missing cavalier nexus crystal compensation

Hi All,

Does anyone know how kabam keeps track of the wrong cavalier nexus crystal purchases?

What to do if I haven't received the compensation?

I play it on my iphone and I didn't registered the game with any email address, somehow is attached to my 'gamecenter' profile.
Previously when I tried to submit a ticket they were not able to help me because I couldn't provide the details (email address) they needed/the detail(s) were 'wrong'. Unfortunately this is not an option.

I bought the crystals right when they went live and didn't check the drop rates, but never received compensation, so not sure if I bought the wrong crystals or not. It's amazing this keeps happening so often.
