Book 2 chapter 4

I was invited to play the beta of book 2 chapter 4. When I open the beta server there is no quests in the book 2 section there for I cannot play the quest

This might probably be a bug, the book 2 chap 2 isn't showing
There is an option to select from the two books when I click on the select book option but on clicking it this error is thrown

I logged into the beta game, now switched back but into someone else’s account. What is going on?!
