Should Deadpool X-force be skill?

@Kabam Miike Deadpool’s mutant ability is, at the base of it a healing factor. Since DP X-force doesn’t have that ability shouldn’t he just be a skill champ that can deal a couple different types of debuffs? If not than he deserves a regen ability of some sort.

Mutants are not defined as Mutant by a certain ability, but rather their history (although there are some arguments). Wade Wilson during the Weapon X programme was implanted with the same healing ability which was taken from Wolverine. Now whilst he is not a "mutant" in the normal sense of being born with his powers, he can almost be considered a "transmutant" based on the fact his powers were created.

However, he will still be considered more Mutant than human and as such fits into this category. The only form of Wade Wilson that would be Skill, would be pre-Deadpool Wade Wilson, prior to the Weapon X programme.
