Is kingpin bugged?

Noticed that KP is a bit wack on the 7.4 beta, once he purifies the 8 debuffs he does not gain the overpower buff. Running him on the shake it off path in quest 1 if that helps. Anyone else noticing this?

    Never mind, just realized that shake if off purifies his rage which prevents him from getting enough debuffs, sorry guys, ignore this
