Dragonman Salve no regen

I noticed but Dragonman 6* R2 was not regenerating with the salve mastery (particularly mine is on 2/3). I had noticed this particularly while exploring the uncollected event quest chapter 3 quest 2. I have MCOC on Android and latest updates device and app.
