An Idea for Future Buffs esp Community Choice

As we all or most of us can agree Guillotine buff was and is a big fail. I wish to not accept it but it is what is it when there's nothing you can do about it. One thing I've learnt out of this is: some member(s) from the game community would have have come up with a better buff idea than what we got. I don't mean creating an overpowered champion, which Kabam or anyone is capable of but a well balanced one. A champion that isn't the answer to everything, fits well in it's class and has it's own flaws yet perfectly designed for it's meant to do.
So this is the idea:
- If we the community ever has to vote for champion to be buffed (which I doubt many will participate), I suggest Kabam also take buff idea concepts from the community as well, i.e champion spotlight or description
- There will be no values attached to the descriptions. Kabam if it makes you feel better for fear we create a champion that kills everybody in 1 hit; One-Punch Man
- Kabam can decide on the selection process but my suggestion is Kabam vetting all the proposed concepts and giving us your top top 3 (or 5 if you wanna give the community more options to choose from).
- The community then will have their choice out of the 3.
This idea can be executed in 2 forms
1. We vote for our choice champion out the list you provide. Eg. Rocket Raccoon, Antman, DDXF, Sentry, Iron Fist. We then follow up with a proposed description for whoever wins. This is more organised and simple I think.
2. You provide a list of champions (small pool like 3 eg. DDXF, Iron Fist and Sentry). We submitted buff ideas for all three, vet them and give us your selected options for us to choose from. This will most likely be complicated but I just thought putting it out there.
This way, a community choice champion is indeed a community choice because we will have more say in it than pointing a character for you. What do you guys think? Will something like this work? Should Kabam entertain an idea like this? Or you have a better idea?
