Alliance war problem

in Bugs and Known Issues
When I entered alliance war I played for 10 min them there was a heimdall i had to fight them i lost with one champ than when i wanted to use my venom the duck to fight it was lagging for a few secs then it showed time out i tried three times and it still kept failing. Can i Please some compensation for that as my alliance lost that alliance war if i am not wrong.
