Should I try and r4 any of these champs

Magik would be my choice unless you need Colossus immunities, in which case, Colossus is a worth candidate for sure. Havok is also a good choice, but to me, he's a bit more niche. Punisher 2099 is a good power control champ, but personally think he needs his dupe and his lack of immunities can be problematic (as can Havok's) where you need them in Acts 5/6 a lot more.

Magik's SP2 power control is crazy good and doesn't need dupe for that offensive ability. So for power control is she fantastic. But her lack of immunities can also be a problem at times.

Colossus, even unduped is great for bleed paths (and against strong bleed champs like Nick Fury/Blade), works well for biohazard if you remember to not hit into block, is an amazing havok counter, and works very well against iceman, human torch, mephisto and any coldsnap or incinerate nodes. Colossus was my very first R5 champ - unduped and he got me through a lot of Act 5 and 6 where I had no immunity counters prior to him.

Guessing you’re cav so probably not 4*s, unless warlock is for a variant.between havok, colossus amd magik. I would suggest magik as you would probably need power control more often. Second choice would be colossus for immunities.

Elsa. She has evade counter, big red numbers and yellow numbers if awakened
Nick is not the best choice because it is better if he is awakened.
Collosus would be good, but does not have too much utility other than immunities.
