Unable to enter AQ fight

I’m facing an issue in AQ specifically. Whenever my champ gets KO and I enter the fight with another champ, it goes to timeout screen and I can’t enter the fight. This repeats forever until i go back to home screen and return to aq again. Attaching screenshots for the same.
