Is passive phase working for SP3- variant 8

There is this ability of passive phase for 5 seconds after you defeat one of the deadpooloid. It’s description says all attacks have 100% to miss while phasing. I thought it was similar to ghost and pushed the defender to SP3 and phased but got clobbered.

Ghost specifically has a synergy that makes her take 0 damage while Phasing

That's how she eats SP3s.

It is the hood synergy that allows ghost to tank sp3s
