Arena bracket suggestion

In my opinion, these should be based off Total champion rating rather than days played. One is example is my old account who had few 3 and 4 stars, and nowhere near enough to meet the incredibly high cutoffs of most current arenas, if I had farmed pretty hard, I might be able to get the featured 3 Star, but it mostly occurs like that for champs like abomination. So, maybe rather based the arenas off base champion rating. Some people who may have played some, then gone inactive for awhile, then returned to be practically impossible to achieve champions in arena. Perhaps >10,000 is beginner, >50,000, is intermediate, and any above is the veteran bracket, or whatever over system would function better.

Doing this would probably cause the entire arena system to be recoded and redone, but still would be more balanced for beginners
