As a voted for champ they should take our feedback into consideration. I definitely preferred pre buff guillotine. Don't even use her now. She had great regen. All she needed was better bleed damage and synergies made her good prior to buff. The fact they acknowledge our comments but won't change her is poor customer service.
I used the word hostile because of the derogatory way (without apathy) regarding the constant rejection of the opinions of others. That is why he writes that it seems to me "somewhat hostile" and that is why in a previous text he wrote in the context that said word is used.
