7.3.3 spite lane (paradox nightmare)

I didn't think Paradox was that bad a mechanic until I got to this lane. Is there any conceivable strategy for this lane that doesn't require you to manage a hundred things all at once?

That's a lot to manage in one fight. Factor in needing to bait specials and dealing with defenders like Mangog and Havok and it becomes a nightmare.
Interested to know how yall got passed this. Maybe I'm missing an easy strat.
