AQ map 6 MODOK L1 hitbox definitely broken

All the sudden, I can't seem to Dex Modok's L1 in AQ map 6. Been doing it the same forever, yet now he's popping me. Recorded a video and took screenshots today, and it seems to me his hit box is outrageous on it now. I can't go back any further than I already am. Shows the Dex though. 🙄😩
