Thing or Clair bugged ?

I tried practicing against thing before going into the fight. Clair put her sp2 debuf on thing just fine

In war tier 5 node 28 she did not put it on him and I don’t know why.

It just has rage and enhanced fury as well as some health and healt + attack boosts

Anybody has an idea why this is happening or is it a bug ?

    Claire only has 50% chance to put sp2 debuff on science champs
