Help button bug

Has this been discussed? Every time I do an arena match either my champs disappear and don’t offer help, or I use champs, hit help button, take a break, come back and all my champs need help.. including ones I’ve used hrs ago.

I’ve put in tickets, and kabam has done nothing as of yet.

This has been an issue for a LONG time. Don't think Kabam cares or is doing anything about it.

Nope, happens to me too and I agree it is very annoying. Especially when you spend the time clicking for help to clear them so you can select more champs without extra scrolling and then they come back again.

I believe I'm saying right that once all your champs have been helped the max amount of times by your alliance, if then there is still a timer active on them, you can ask for help again to reduce the cooldown further.

That would make sense for maybe R3 R4 5*6*s but even on R1 5*s? I would think that the lower ranked champs wouldn’t need the help button hit so many times.. I’m not sure though.

These are for R1 6*, you can see in your help requests they can be helped 5 times. Once your alliance has done that, if there is still time left they can be helped again

Ha, 2024 and this issue is still going on. I get this more with my 7*s.
