December champs lately

TC1

Starting in 2019, there’s only been one new released/playable champ for December and I really just don’t know why? Surfer, then to Spider-Ham (witch doesn’t count because she wasn’t available until a few months later and only for sigil players). We now know Kraven is the featured champ for the month, but do you think we will get a second champ again this year?

If this has been addressed before please let me know.

It’s basically been confirmed to be Kraven.

They also put the motion comic out on YouTube. It’ll premiere Monday.

This does nothing to explain the reasoning behind one champ per December but thanks for trying at least.

I think the one champ in December is to balance it focus between a new champ, and then the anniversary champ crystals we get.

@NOOOOOOOOPEEEEE that would make a bit of sense since they didn’t start doing that until the least few years. I just remember when surfer came out and it was odd that it was only him, then it just continued lol.

For December they usually do a lot of other side events so I’m all good with it

I do not know the reason. Maybe someone else does? Idk if there ever has been a reason given tho so your question may go unanswered

It's the anniversary of the game in December. Usually on anniversaries, games tend to have alot going on to celebrate and give back to the community with events so we can enjoy the anniversary along with them instead of grinding away and not having fun lol. Also i believe they chose 1 champ due to the fact monthly quest for december lasts bit longer bc of the new year and recall they take a break around xmas time.
