Horseman not being applied

Applied horseman before nick fury mix master in war. Took in my AA and no horseman was applied!

    I've noticed the same a few times in AQ trying to make Red Mags horseman. Apoc will lose all charges, he'll have 0/ horseman activations available but Mags will stay the same.

    I’m kind of glad to see that I’m not the only one having this issue. I just applied it to my wolverine for the do you bleed path, and no horseman ability on wolvie, and Apoc has no charges left.

    I specifically brought AA to horseman him against nick fury mix master for the bleed resistance. All strategy and planning out the window with no horseman activation!
