I have a cosmic t5 so using the gem seems counter productive
Was leaning toward Claire or Colossus
Or hold for a future champ?

    If you have a high number of sigs in Guardian, I’d think about using it for him.

    If you run suicides, BWCV.

    If you don’t have a really good 5* Mutant roster, then Red Mags.

    Since you’re leaning claire (and she’s awesome), I’d take her to rank 3. She’s a beast and totally deserves it. And because you’re leaning towards her that means you like her and will use her, I see that as the most important reason to take a 6* to rank 3.

    Colossuss is a perfect choice for me if I have him.
    He can definitely solo or better with Omega Red & Wolvie
