Captain America buff idea(s)

Both OG captains are pretty dogwater. Of course the perfect block chance is good and this is coming from someone who used to enjoy using him, but then I pulled Apoc and my 6* Gambit did everything he did but better. Honestly I think a Captain America buff would be great because not only does every new player get him as a 3* when exploring act 1 (maybe act 2 I’m not sure entirely but I know you get him), but he has a lot of good synergies (see Havok or Falcon or hell any avenger). Anyways I’m going to do buff idea for both in this thread.
Caps shield gives him +1000 block proficiency and +40% perfect block chance at all times.
Captain America is old fashioned and he doesn’t fall for petty magic tricks, his ability accuracy can’t be reduced and buffs on him can’t be nullified.
Shield charges
Cap gains shield charges throughout the fight, increasing his attributes. Max stacks 100
Gain +10 shield charges every time the opponent gains a buff.
Gain +10 shield charges every perfect block.
Gain +10 shield charges whenever the opponent attempts a nullify.
Lose 10 shield charges when losing his combo.
Shield bonuses
For every shield charge cap gains the following effects:
Gaining damage for every shield charge on captain America shield charges gain a 1% chance to bleed the opponent per charge. This bleed lasts 15 seconds and deals 45% of base attack.
Perfect bleeds
All bleed debuffs cap places have a chance to be perfect bleeds based on perfect block chance. Perfect bleeds to additional damage to the opponent based on perfect block chance and also deal +5% damage for every perfect block cap has executed Max. 250%. Perfect bleeds also reduce the change that the opponents evade, unstoppable and miss ability acccuracy by 2% per shield charge. Whilst under the effect of a perfect bleed the opponents combat power rate is also reduced by 85%
Special 2 attack
+1% additional attack for every shield charge.
Signature ability - Man of the Past
Captain America channels his old school training and gains a bulwark buff at the start of the fight lasting 15 seconds and increasing block proficiency by +500 - +2500.
+1600 physical resistance
Shield provides +10% perfect block chance per buff on cap
Caps ability accuracy cannot be reduced
Fist fight charges - passive
Cap does not trust new fashioned technology and prefers to fight with his hands, gaining 5 fist fight charge for every non shield hit he lands (2nd medium, light attacks, heavy attack, 1st hits of specials)
Fist fight charges have a max of 100 and give cap the following effects:
I can do this all day
When reaching 100 charges cap activates “I can do this all day” for 30 seconds. During this mode all buffs on him are paused and he gains 5 passive indestructible passives which prevents damage from all sources and are removed when taking hits.
During this mode his attacks grant him the following buffs:
Cap gains bonuses during the fight based on his opponents class.
Science - cap has been subject to years of research, meaning he has built a natural resistance to scientists drugs, reducing their non-damaging debuff duration by 50-100%
Mystic - cap doesn’t believe in magic, reducing the opponents nullify ability accuracy by 50-100%
Cosmic - Aliens? They’re probably commies, and cap hates commies, placing an ineptitude debuff on them when they strike his shield. reducing buff potency by 50-100%
Tech - all this new fancy technology is a bunch of nonsense, cap reduces the effect of the opponents power drain and burn effects by 50-100% additionally he reduces their armour rating by 50-100% during “I can do this all day mode”
Mutant - “what the hell, that thing has claws”, caps shield protects against mutants, allowing him to block unblockable special attacks, gaining 50-100% perfect block chance during their specials and reducing special attack ability accuracy by 50-100% whilst blocking.
Skill - that guy doesn’t have powers I just have to punch him harder, cap doesn’t gain any effects against skill champions.
Captain America (Original)

- Light attacks: fury granting +15% attack lasting 5 seconds (max 25)
- Medium attacks: cruelty granting +10% crit damage rating for 5 seconds (max 10)
- Heavy attacks: true strike preventing the opponents evade and autoblock effects for 20 seconds
- Special 1: this attack gains a 100% chance to stun the opponent for 2 seconds
- Special 2: this attack gains an aptitude buff incresing buff potency by 50%, both his are guaranteed crits.

Overall
Both caps gain buffs based on their fighting styles, modern cap uses his shield alongside his physical strength to beat down his opponents whereas old cap doesn’t quite trust his shield, instead gaining his reputation by just hitting his foes hard enough, however he does like to use the shield from time to time in order to get an advantage. I think both buffs will be useful to players, one offering a high block proficiency bleed debuff dealing champ with a new perfect bleed mechanic, and the other having a more buff focused approach however holding onto that perfect block chance, not to mention the indestructible which acts as an alternative to the reduction of combat power rate in OG cap, which will allow him to play aggressively taking advantage of long parry durations. Especially on OG cap, with the Pacify mastery reducing power rate whilst stunned and up to +250% debuff duration on top of a 9-hit stun (probably able to land 11 or 12 hits in one stun duration, not counting the combo after the last hits) meaning unless you had that reduction fights would be bait specials, parry, wait.0
