Should i use units on gifting event or Carina Challenges

Damn, nice roster.
I'd say save the units for gifting. At this point in the game, unless you are in a top AQ alliance and need the prestige bump, you don't actually need a r4 champ.
Actually, what I recommend is saving your units until the gifting crystals come out and you can see what is in them, then decide if your units are better spent on CCs.
To recap, hold your units for now.

Do both. Have your alliance mates send you revives and potions during the gifting event in exchange for what they need. That way you have the revives/potions to do the challenges and still get milestone rewards.

Agreed, this is what I'm doing for 7.3, you'll get points, and resources to finish the challenges

Random question, how is Penny unawakened? I already have Hulkbuster and Ultron at R3 6 star, so I'm not sure if its worth it to rank her up unawakened.

This is what me and another guy did a few years ago when we were 100% Lab of Legends. He used Ghost though and I used Domino. Good dude, good suggestion.
