Why does crash count as death in AW?

Game crash cost us a death in aw and resulted with us getting the loss.. why do crashes count as death in AW?

Does anyone have any solutions or will this always be an issue?

    because if it didn't count as a death people would exploit it and keep force closing the game which would be stupid.

    Why not do something like kill the champ but not have it count as death? There’s an item limit, so that seems like a good compromise
