We try to be as competitive as possible while still keeping a life first balance. In AQ we do map five 5 days a week, the goal is to hit over 60 million points so we stay in the expert tier for Rewards. We require a donation each week but do not have minimums, the suggested amount to run map five 5 times is 135k gold, 30k battlechips, 15k loyalty. We do expect and require participation in all AQ & AW but understand if life gets in the way as long as you communicate it. That is pretty much a us and a nutshell most everyone is 25-40 years old with work and Families.
