I love it. I am one of those players playing this game since early as 7 years now and i still remember back then when i first time got 3* hawkeye it was when 3* were big deal and his spcl 1 attack was total god tier back then. Now with his buff and new slow down mechanism i really like what kabam has done with him hes god tier only if you know how to play with him hes that character again who benefits hugely from Spcl 1- spcl 2-spcl 3 all his spcl attacks are unique and caters to different scenario. Combine with tigra you got poison insted of bleed. Hes good 👍 if you can practice with him. After ultron buff i find him close 2 personally the best buff this year i know his spcl 1 power drain is lowered down but you give some you get some (but we got more then what hawkeye gave away)

Beware!!
His damage is bugged. He was doing beyond the intended damage from his buff, if he’s awakened at a low sig level.
Might need to wait to see what he does after the fix if you’re thinking of ranking him up.

If at sig200 he is able to do what he is doing now.. yeah it's a good buff, as of now it looks more like a NERF and dunno how Kabam missed the opportunity for awesome buff. Hawkeye a champion that has some solid utility is now a weaker champion that requires more timing to get partial improve damage compared to the old dependable bleed power control Hawkeye.

What we have is bugged 'Lemoneye' kabammed mcoc champion.
