Should I rank 2 my 6 star awakened Hawkeye.

I'm curious to know. Is it safe to rank up my hawkeye. Is there any known bugs that I should be considered about.

Only thing is his sig ability. If yours is at sig 1, you will notice a damage decrease after the bug fix.
