I'm assuming I missed the cutoff for gifting event. Anyone able to confirm?

    They said prior to Nov 20th. So no that would not be prior to Nov 20th.

    So prior (I think before) so if what I think is realty then yes u not getting it
    But if I wrong you still have to get lvl 40 and complete act 4
