5star shards taken from my account

I had 9,760 something 5 star shards I can't remember exactly but def between 9,760 and 9,670 and I duped my 4 star dr.strange and for some reason,idk if it's a bug or glitch but the game took all my shards and left me with 675. I just finished chapter 1 of new Sin 6 side quest and got to almost getting another 5 star. Can someone please help. I put in alot of work getting those 10k 5 star shards and to just take them from me is complete garbage. Kabam can you look into my progress and see that I am telling the truth my account name is B.O.O.T.Z and my pfp is 6 star stealthy. I don't want to have to screenshot for now on just before I get to 10k shards. I was straight taken and it would be nice to get reimbursed. Please and thank you
