AW season ending early and AW solo event

So I run backup and as such don't end up doing a lot of fights since my BG typically runs well and I tackle some minis and/or boss fight. Had the season continued as planned I would've cleared the final milestone for the 6* shards, but with the premature end I won't. Will this be factored in for those like myself or is it not under consideration? If it isn't widely considered will submitting a ticket matter or am I just SoL?

    There is no "I would have got/reached" in this.
    You can try, but you won't get these things, you'll end up banging your head on the kabam wall.

    It's unfortunate, you have to move on in this matter.

    They haven’t said the event would be canceled. Do the next two wars.
